Project goal A managed service provider (MSP) wants to provide follow-the-sun support for their clients needing help after hours. Problem addressed Chatbots are prevalent but as such they are also known to be useless. Having this chatbot transcend the typical chat text box with a face, head and eye movement including the identical voice of their favorite tech, this MSP is taking tech support to all new levels and adding immense value and goodwill to their 30 year old business.
